"Not sure how these stripped so fast"
I’m confused by how easily the bolts stripped. I wasn’t doing anything unusual, but the metal felt really cheap and gave out way too quickly. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

"Not Exactly a Tool Shopper’s Dream"
I went in thinking I’d grab a few basic tools, which apparently was a little too ambitious. They had plenty of fasteners, so if that’s your whole mission, great. But the actual tool selection felt limited, and browsing through it wasn’t exactly a pleasant little adventure either. I ended up leaving and just ordering what I needed somewhere else. Would’ve been nice if it had been worth the trip, but here we are.

I ordered some stainless bolts and washers for a little home project, and they were exactly what I figured they’d be. The sizes matched the listing, everything was packed fine, and nothing gave me any trouble. I already had a good feeling they’d be solid for the price, and this pretty much confirmed it. No complaints, I’d order again

"Good store, just not for the weird sizes I needed"
I went in looking for a couple specialty fasteners, and of course the odd sizes I needed were either out of stock or not even listed. Kind of frustrating since that was the main reason I stopped by. I do like the store overall, and it usually feels like they have everything, but somehow they also didn’t have the one thing I actually needed this time. Ended up just ordering them somewhere else.

I liked that Fasteners Inc had a bunch of different brands to choose from, not just one or two!! It made it way easier to compare options and find the stuff I normally use. The site was good overall, maybe a little busy in a few spots, but nothing that really got in the way.

Getting my account set up with Fasteners Inc was painless. I needed to update some billing details and add a new user, and the account rep handled it without turning it into a whole hassle. One reply took a bit longer than I expected, which is why I’d say 4 stars, but it wasn’t a big issue. If this is generally how they handle account stuff, I’d say they’re easy to work with.

I needed help with a bulk order and, well, I had to follow up a couple of times before it really got moving. They did get everything sorted in the end, but the replies were a bit slow. Not a bad experience, just kind of average overall.

"Could Use More Size Options"
I kind of wish there were more sizes available. The product itself seems fine, but it was a little hard to find the right fit with the options listed. Maybe adding a few more sizes would make it easier for people to choose what works best for them.

"Decent prices, but shipping could be better"
Well... I’ve ordered from fastenersinc a few times now, and the items do show up, so no complaints there. The main issue is that the delivery dates haven’t always been accurate. One of my boxes arrived about 2 days late, and the tracking barely updated along the way. Prices are alright, but I do wish the shipping was a little more reliable...

"Couldn’t Get a Straight Answer"
I contacted tech support with what seemed like a simple question, but I just got passed from one person to another without anyone really answering it. I don’t expect miracles, but if a customer asks something basic, someone should be able to help or at least point them in the right direction. It ended up feeling like a waste of time...

I ordered a mixed batch from fastenersinc for a garage project, and overall it was fine. I tend to notice patterns when I’m working through a box of parts, and most of the pieces held up okay, but a few of the screws felt softer than the rest and started stripping faster than I expected. Nothing was awful, just more middle-of-the-road in terms of durability. Shipping was okay too. If I order again, I’ll probably pay closer attention to the material grade before checking out.
